ORDER

                     Sh. Simranjeet Singh, counsel for the OPs has appeared and filed his Vakalatnama. Copy of the compromise annexure Z has been filed on behalf of the parties.

                   Sh. R.C. Nayyar, complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that in view of the compromise (annexure Z) he withdraws this complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the compromise (Annexure Z).

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
