Present: Sh. Neeraj Rajoria, Advocate, counsel for DH.

             

                       Counsel for the DH made a statement that order under execution application has been fully complied with and now nothing remains due towards the JDs. So, he wants to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the DH, the present execution application stands disposed off being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
