     Mr.Anand Patwardhan, Advocate for the Transfer Applicant files vakalatnama with no objection of previous Advocate on record.   Taken on record.  Ms.A.S. Shelke, Advocate files vakalatnama on behalf of the Non-Applicant.  Taken on record.  This transfer application is filed by the Applicant/original Opponent, seeking transfer of complaint to any other District Forum than the Forum in which presently the complaint is pending.  Respondent/original Complainant has no objection if the complaint is transferred to Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pune.  Hence, without going into the merit of the allegations made, we pass the following order:

O  R  D  E  R

    (i)               Transfer application is allowed.

  (ii)               Consumer Complaint No.93/2009 is hereby transferred from District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pune to Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pune.

(iii)               Both the parties are directed to appear before the Additional District Forum, Pune on 19^th July, 2012.

(iv)               In the given circumstances, parties to bear their own costs.
