Counsel for the OP has handed over a cheque of Rs.25,000/- to the counsel for the complainant, towards full and final settlement of the case.  In this view of the matter the counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint and he has appended a note on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
