(1)               Adv.Archana Pise files letter of authority given by Mr.S.R.Pawar-advocate on record for the applicant/appellant and application for adjournment.  They are taken on record. 

(2)               It appears that on 30/10/2012, it was directed to ensure compliance to issue notice within 7 days and if not complied within stipulated time, the appeal was further directed to be dismissed without reference to this Commission.  Since the order was self operative and admittedly no compliance has been made by the applicant/appellant, the Misc.Application No.119/12 as well as appeal No.199/12 automatically stood dismissed.  Therefore, the matter be struck off from the board.
