          Today Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that there is some technical flaws in framing the present complaint and I may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defects.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defect, if any. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room
