          None present for the Applicants/Appellants even on second call.  Today the Applicants/Appellants have failed to appear before this Commission without any sufficient reasons.  The Applicants/Appellants have failed to take effective steps for service of notice to the Non-Applicant/Respondent in compliance with earlier order passed by this Commission.  Therefore, presence of Non-Applicant/Respondent could be secured before this Commission due to lapses on the part of the Applicants/Appellants.  Hence, due to non-compliance of earlier orders passed by this Commission, application for condonation of delay stands dismissed in default.  Consequently, the appeal is not entertained.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
