ORDER:
Sh.Gajender Chandel, ASM for Ops has made a statement that they are ready to return 50% of the cost of the mobile set subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the old mobile along with pack and accessories.
Thereafter, Sh.Paras Arora, complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complainant. In view of the statements made by the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
