Appellant Shri.Ashok Dattatray Dandavate is present in person. adv.S.K.Sambare is present for the respondent No.1 Adv.D.E.Padwale is present for the respondent No. 2 to 4. The appellant filed an application requesting to delete the name of the respondent No. 2 to 4 from the array of respondents as the appellant and respondent No.1 have arrived at compromise. After hearing the appellant in person and the advocate of the respondent No.1, the said application is granted. The appellant and the respondent No. 1 have settled their dispute as per the said compromise pursis. The appellant does not with to proceed with the appeal. Appellant and respondent No. 1 jointly filed compromise pursis. The appeal is disposed of as per terms of compromise pursis.
