Learned counsel for the parties are present.

        This appeal is directed against order dated 22.2.2018 passed by the learned District Forum, Bhadrak in C.D.Case No. 102 of 2016. Appellants were the OPs whereas the respondent was the complainant before the learned District Forum.

        During pendency of this appeal, the respondent/complainant has filed Execution Case No. 8 of 2018 to enforce the impugned order against the appellants.

       In course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent files a memo and submits that  the respondent/complainant has received Rs.2,34,000/- towards full and final satisfaction of the impugned order. In such circumstances both the appeal as well as the execution case may be disposed of.

      Learned counsel for the appellants submits that  since this appeal has become infructuous after payment of the decreetal amount to the respondent, the appellants need not proceed with the appeal.

      In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of as infructuous. Also Execution Case No. 8 of 2018 arising out of C.D.Case No. 102 of 2016 pending before the learned District Forum, Bhadrak is dropped.
