          Advocate Mr. S.B. Solat is present for the appellant. The respondent Mr. Anil Haribhau Gosewade appeared in person and today he received appeal compilation from appellant’s advocate. Adjourned  for hearing before admission.

          Advocate Mr. S.B. Solat appeared for the appellant and respondent in person appeared and filed joint pursis stating that the dispute  has been amicably settled in between both the parties. The said joint pursis is duly signed by appellant’s advocate and respondent. The appellant’s advocate submitted that the appellant has  already deposited Rs. 10,000/- as per impugned order with the Forum below and the respondent has withdrawn that amount. The respondent admitted that he has received Rs. 10,000/- from the Forum. The appellant’s advocate therefore requested that the appeal may be disposed of as withdrawn and statutory amount deposited by the appellant with this Commission be refunded to the appellant. The respondent has no objection. Hence statutory amount deposited with this Commission by the appellant after due verification be refunded to the appellant. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
