Per Shri A.Z.Khwaja, Hon’ble Judicial Member.

Appellant is reported dead. Appellant has filed on record pursis dated 25/11/2021 wherein it was stated that sole appellant died on 11 June 2021. The present appeal has been filed under Section 27-A of Consumer Protection Act, therefore there is no necessity to bring the legal heirs on record hence the appeal is abated due to death of appellant. Hence the appeal is disposed of as abated.
