The   complainant  as well as  the opp. party no-1 and 2   are  present today .  The  complainant   vide  petition no-  2028/17   prays to  dispose  of  the instant   case  on compromise  between   the  parties as  the case has  been  settled  amicably   and the  opp. parties have  paid a  sum of  Rs.75000/- to the  complainant   by a Demand Draft  no- 489481 dtd.  15/11/2017  drawn on   HDFC Bank.   The    complainant  acknowledges the   receipt  of the said  Demand Draft   in the  premises  of this forum.  The   opp. party  side  also vide  petition no-  2019/17   prays to  dispose  of this  instant  case on  compromise  as the  dispute  between   the parties  has been   amicably  settled  and to  that effect  the opp. parties  deposited  a sum of  Rs.75000/-by a  Bank Draft No- 489481  dtd.  15/11/17   drawn   on HDCF Bank to be paid   to the  complainant  . Both  the  petitions  are allowed . The demand draft   be   delivered  to the  complainant on   being  identified   by the advocate .  Accordingly,  the   complaint  stands  disposed of on  compromise.

 Copy of  the order  be furnished   to the parties.
