                   Today, DH along with his counsel and learned counsel for JD appeared before the Forum. DH recorded his statement separately that he has received cheque/DD No. 949541 dated 14.03.2019 favour in Madan Lal drawn bank of Maharashtra and also recorded in his statement that he handover the mobile set, charger and lead to the counsel for JD, so, he does not want to pursue with the present execution petition further and requested that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. His statement recorded separately in this regard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the learned counsel for the DH, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
