Attendance on behalf of the complainant and OP filed through his advocate. Learned advocate for the OP alongwith petition filed the cheque no. 476202 of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited worth Rs. 25,500 as per the settlement of the dispute at the Mediation Cell.

     Let the cheque handed over to the complainant on his verification and identification. As per the terms of settlement complainant is simultaneously ordered to hand over the earphone concerned to learned advocate for the OP on acknowledgement thereoff. Accordingly the present case stands disposed off in the terms  of the compromise. Compromise shall form part of the award.
