National Insurance Company  Vs. Shree Vallabh Industries

Misc. Application No.12 of 2017

 

Present:       Mr. Rajiv Gupta, Advocate for the applicant. 

                     Mr. SC Jindal, Advocate for ops. .          

 

                   Today the Misc. application is fixed for compliance.  At this stage, Counsel for the applicant has made a separate statement in which he states that company has received the payment hence, as per instruction of the company, he wants to withdraw his Misc. Application being satisfied .  

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present misc. application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. A copy of this order be sent to the parties  free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
