                    The complainant made the statement that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to legal lacunae.  He also made the statement that he wants to file a fresh complaint/suit before the competent court/law and jurisdiction. 

                    Heard.  In view of the statement, made by the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn and he may be permitted to file the same before the competent court of law.  Hence, the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly.  Copies of the documents be returned to the complainant, against proper receipt, File be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
