           Today the case is fixed for filing correct address of Op No.1 by the complainant.  Earlier the case was fixed on 23.7.2018 for filing the correct address of Op No.1 but the same was not filed; hence, the case was adjourned for filing the correct address & it was the last opportunity for the complainant. Case called several times since morning but neither the complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance. Let the case be called again after lunch break.

            Case called again after lunch break but neither the complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance.  Waited sufficiently. It is already 3.40 P.M. No intimation regarding absence of complainant is received.  From the perusal of the case file, it reveals that the complainant also did not appear on 18.7.2018, 23.7.2018 and today on 26.7.2018.  The present complaint pertains to the year 2016 and the complainant is not furnishing the correct address of Op No.1.  So, it seems that the complainant is not serious in pursuing the compliant. Thus, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.  Copies of this order be supplied/sent to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
