Dhanesh Kumar Vs. Shree Shyam Bajaj etc.

 

Present:           Sh. Gaurav Kumar, Advocate for complainant.

                        Sh. Deepanshu Tuteja, Advocate for OP No.2.

                        OP No.1 exparte.

 

                        File taken up today on an application moved on behalf of complainant. Learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he has received a cheque no.023163 dated 18.03.2024 of Rs.5500/- (Rs. Five thousand five hundred) in the name of complainant. Original NDC already on the file may be returned to the complainant. As such, grievance of complainant has redressed by OP No.2 and he withdraws the present complaint. His statement to this effect, recorded separately.

                        In view of the statement, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The NDC in original be returned to the complainant against proper receipt and identification after retaining a copy of the same on the case file.  Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules, free of costs.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
