                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.40 p.m.  but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. 

                    This complaint was filed by the complainant on 21.03.2013 and still it is pending for notice to OP no. 2.  The OP no. 2 could not be served due to non filing of registered cover by the complainant since the filing of the complaint.  The complainant has failed to file registered cover after taking several adjournments over a span of more than 3 years.  From the perusal of the order sheet it is found that since 29.10.2015 nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
