30-05-2014: Case called out repeatedly. Neither the appellant, nor his counsel is present. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

This Commission has passed a specific order on 31.10.2013 that in case if the appellant does not appear on the next date fixed, then the matter shall be decided in accordance with law.

The record reveals that the consumer complaint was dismissed by the District Forum after affording number of opportunities of hearing to the appellant - complainant. The appellant - complainant has also adopted the same attitude before this Commission.

As neither the appellant, nor his counsel has been appearing before this Commission for the last several occasions and they are also not present today, therefore, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
