            The complainant in this case  last appeared on  30.11.2018.  The complainant was  absent on 28.02.2019, 24.05.2019, 25.10.2019, 12.03.2020, 25.02.2021, 08.09.2021.   Today  again no one is present on behalf of the complainant.  The parties are yet to file written arguments in this case.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly, the complaint  is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
