THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT,1986

Present: Complainant and respondent no. 1 in person.

          Sh. Ganga Gupta Adv, for respondent no. 2 and 3.

 

          In the present case on 29.09.2016, the complainant has made a statement that he has received the battery from the respondent and thus, he is fully satisfied as the matter has been compromised between both the parties.

          Heard.

          Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stand dismissed as withdrawn being the matter compromised between the complainant and the respondents to the entire satisfaction of the complainant.
