No one appears for the petitioner. Having considered the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and the impugned orders passed by the fora below, we are of the clear opinion that the petitioner/complainant had tried to abuse the process of the consumer fora established under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for the kind of relief he wanted in this case. The complaint itself for ..2… the kind of such a relief before the consumer fora, was wholly mis-conceived. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed.
