The case is posted to-day for step by Complainant for issue of Notice to OP No.1. Complainant present through Advocate on Dt.08/11/2013. Complainant had filed a memo stating therein, that, he does not want to proceed further with the case in view of the compromise between the Parties.

Memo received by the O.P. No.3. With out any objection. The O.P. No.3 also filed a petition on Dt.08/11/2013 stating therein that, the OP No.3 had already supplied new hand set to the Complainant and the matter was already settled between the Parties.

Perused the memo and petition and after considering the circumstances, we here-by drop the case as it is compromised between the Parties.

Case is disposed off accordingly.
