Case record is put up today. On perusal of the case record it appears that complainant kerse deogam has filed instant case against Manager Shree Chaibasa Goshala, West Singhbhum chaibasa with grievance that he used to purchase milk from the above Goshala further that from 01/04/2020, full milk is not supplied, rather 100 ml milk is being supplied less. Further that despite complaint, manager did not take any action, rather than he did not give 3 Lt milk as he should have given 3 Lt milk through correct measurement and in this way complainant has sustain loss of Rs 468/- only as well as Rs 1000/- toward mental & physical harassment.

Complaint case was admitted to this forum and notice was issued to the O.P but O.P did not appeared in this case, then, fresh notice was issued to the O.P fixed 22/02/2022. In the meantime compromise petition has been filed by the complainant.

Since complainant has settled his dispute with O.P and as per petition settlement has been arrived with O.P and at present there is no dispute, so, the interest of justice compromise petition is hereby accepted and instant case is disposed of as stetted.
