                     Again notice to OP no.1 could not be issued for want of copy of complaint, RC/AD etc. on behalf of complainant. Perusal  of file reveals that complainant was required to submit the same for notice to OP no.1 w.e.f. 13.03.2020. About 2 ½ have already expired but complainant has failed to furnish the same. Perusal of the file further reveals that none is appearing on behalf of complainant for the last 8 dates. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.05 pm.  Further wait is not justified.  It appears that complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint and thus the same stands dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
