Parties have effected the compromise. Counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 made a statement that Opposite Party No.3 is ready to pay the price of the mobile hand set in dispute to the tune of Rs.14,301/- within one month from today. He also received the mobile hand set in dispute along with the accessories from the Complainant. At this stage, Sh.Jagjeet Singh, Complainant also recorded a statement that he has no objection, if the Opposite Party No.3 return the price of the mobile hand set in question to the tune of Rs.14,301/- to him within one month from the date of passing of order of this Forum, failing which the Opposite Parties no.3 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% on the amount stated above w.e.f. the date of passing of the order till realisation. If no compliance is made within a stipulated period, the Complainant shall be entitled to get the order enforced through indulgence of this forum. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties, free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
