Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Shri Ashok Arora, counsel for the OP.

                 

               

        Today the case is fixed for compromise, if any and for filing written version on behalf of OP. Written version filed. Copy supplied.

                At the stage, complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP and the OP has transferred an amount of Rs.6000/- in his account being full and final settlement. He withdraws the present complaint being compromised. 

                In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
