Gaurav vs. Shree Balaji.

 

Present:            Sh.Harish Kumar, Adv. for petitioner.

                         Sh.Ankush Adv. as proxy for Sh.Krishan Kulchandu, Adv. for opponent No.1.

 

                   Warrant of arrest issued against the opponent, received unexecuted, however, counsel for petitioner suffered statement, regarding receipt of award amount pertaining to the share of the petitioner, in terms of order dated 17.8.2023. So far deposit of amount of Rs.25000/-, in terms of order dated 17.8.2023 in Consumer Legal Aid Account on behalf of opponent No.1 is concerned. Challan has been placed on record, showing deposit of Rs.25000/- in Consumer Legal Aid Account.

                         Record of the present execution petition is hereby ordered to be sent to the record, treating it fully satisfied.
