Heard the authorized representative of complainant and perused the documents filed with the complaint petition. All documents such as repair order, money receipt are in the name of on Dr. Chatterjee.  Whereas the instant complaint has been filed by one Anjali Mondal who has not deposited any consideration amount.

Hence, the complainant of instant complaint petition cannot be learned as ‘complainant’ in the spirit of C. P. Act, 1986.

Upon the above observation instant complaint is rejected in limini since the said complainant has no Locus Stande to institute the case.

Plain copy be supplied to party free of cost.
