Proxy counsel appearing for the opp.party/applicant states that Mr.Nidhesh Gupta, Sr.Advocate who was to argue this application has not been able to come today on account of illness of his father.  Counsel for the petitioner/complainant opposes adjournment on the ground that he has come all the way from Mumbai as the applicant had personally sent the notice to him.
