Today is fixed for compliance of the order of the Hon’ble SCDRC by the Jdr.

The Dhr and the Jdr is present through their ld. Advocate by filing haziras. Today the Jdr has filed an application stating that the Jdr has already complied the order of the Hon’ble SCDRC for which this Execution Application is filed and prayer is made that the present Execution Application be dropped as the Jdr has complied the order of the Hon’ble Forum and the case is settled fully. The application is also seen and signed by the ld. Advocate of the Dhr and raised no objection against such submission.

Therefore, as the order has fully been complied with by the Jdr and the Dhr is also satisfied fully with the compliance of the order of the Hon’ble SCDRC by the Jdr, so there is no need to proceed with this case further and we are of the opinion that the matter should be disposed of with full satisfaction.

Hence, it is

that the Execution Application being No. 48/2015 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.
