Today is fixed for necessary order.

Ld. Counsel for the Complainant/Dhr is present by filing hazira and verbally states that the complainant/Dhr has received Rs. 1,37,000=00 along with the Deed and also received the interest of Rs. 46,077=00 vide cheque No. 401824, dated 20.04.2018. Therefore, the Dhr has no grievance against the Jdr and the Dhr has received the amounts and other reliefs with full and final satisfaction and is not willing to proceed with the case further and prays for dropping the case with full satisfaction.

As the complainant/Dhr has received the awarded amount and other reliefs with full and final settlement and is not willing to proceed with the case further, we are allowing the complainant/Dhr to drop the case with full satisfaction.

Accordingly, it is

that the present Execution Application being No. 31/2014 be and the same is dropped with full and final satisfaction.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
