Present:       Complainant in person.

                    Sh. Rajiv Kr. Gupta, Adv. for the respondents.

 

                  On the basis of even dated application file taken up today. As per the version of the complainant, parties have entered into compromise. Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv. per chance present in another CC No.310 of 2022 titled Shiv Kumar Vs. ICICI and he is notified about the application. Keeping in view of the reasons stated in the application and statment of the complainant, application is accepted and consequently, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawan with no order as to costs. Assistant concerned who is officiating as Reader in the Commission is directed to make the necessary entry in the relevant register/system showing the final disposal of the complaint, on today itself, instead of 22.7.2024. File be consigned to the records.
