                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, complainant  has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as such  he does not want to persue his present complaint now he has no any grievance  against the op. Thus he wants to withdraw  his present complaint and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn

                        Heard.  In view of the statement,  it is made clear that matter has been amicably settled. Hence the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.  

                        A copy of this order be sent to the Parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
