A compromise petition has been filed by the complainant stating there in that out side the court they have compromised this case and opposite party have submitted D.D of Rs. 12000/- in  favour of complainant . so, he may be allowed to withdrawal the case and received the D.D. No- 048335 amounting to Rs 12000/-(Twelve Thousand only ) D.D is ordered to received by the complainant after proper identification and in the light of the compromise petition this case is ordered to be disposed off full sutisfaction of the complainant . office to keep the record in the record room.
