Heard. Complaint perused. Prima facie the complainant comes within definition of ‘Consumer’ and there exists consumer dispute inter se parties. So, complaint is admitted. Notice be sent to OP.

     At this stage, Sh.Simranjeet Singh, Advocate, put in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of OP by way of filing his vakalatnama. As counsel for OP has appeared, notice to OP need not be issued. Document regarding compromise (Annexure Z) has been filed.

     Counsel for complainant has made an endorsement on the complaint itself that in view of Annexure Z, he withdraws this complaint. Hence this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the compromise Annexure Z.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
