     Sh.Simranjeet Singh, Advocate, has appeared and filed vakalatnama on behalf of OP. A copy of the compromise dated 04.01.2017 (Annexure Z) has been filed. Counsel for complainant has made an endorsement on the complaint itself that in view of Annexure Z compromise, the complainant withdraws this complaint. Hence this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the compromise dated 04.01.2017 (Annexure Z).
