     At this stage, Sh.Simranjeet Singh, Advocate, put in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of OP by way of filing his vakalatnama. As counsel for OP has appeared, notice to OP need not be issued.

     Sh.G.D.Goel, Counsel for Complainant has made statement on the first page of the complaint itself withdrawing the present complaint on compromise with OP for a sum of Rs.3000/-. Hence, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
