ORDER

          The present complaint put up before the Lok Adalat.

          The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat since the complainant has made a statement that he has received his payment from the OP.  Thus, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

          Statement of recorded separately.

          Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being the matter settled before the Lok Adalat.

          File be consigned after due compliance.
