THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT,1986

Present: Complainant Ajay Rathee in person.

          Sh. Rovin Kumar, Adv, for respondent No.2.

Respondents No. 1& 3 and 4 already ex parte.

 

          In the present case on 29.09.2016, the complainant has made a statement that he has received data Wind tablet from the respondent and thus, he does not want to continue with the present complaint.

          Heard.

          Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stand dismissed as withdrawn being the matter compromised between the complainant and the respondents to the entire satisfaction of the complainant.
