JUSTICE SHRI. K.R. UDAYABHANU:  PRESIDENT

The Revision petitioners are the opposite parties in CC.283/10 in the file of CDRF, Ernakulam.  The revision petition is filed over the order in I.A.700/10.

2.      The case of the revision petitioner is that the expert who has been appointed is not a properly qualified person.  According to the revision petitioner a person qualified in Ceramic technology ought to have been appointed.  We find that the person appointed is having a degree in B.Tech and he is a retired Deputy Chief Engineer of the Kerala Water Authority.  The matter is with respect to the alleged defects of the Ceramic tiles supplied by the opposite parties.  We find that the person appointed by the Forum is sufficiently qualified to verify the defects of the tiles and report.  Hence we find that there is no merit in the revision petition filed.  Hence the same is dismissed.
