ORDER

            The applicant-complainant made statement that he has received the cheque of Rs.96,750/- dated 15.5.2012 bearing cheque No.479354 in his favour drawn on Canara Bank, alongwith Rs.5000/- on account of post dated cheque. He further stated that the interest part upto 7.5.2012 stands satisfied on the encashment of the said cheque and the next payment will be due on 8.11.2012. In view of this, the applicant-complainant has withdrawn the execution application as fully satisfied. Such statement has been recorded separately. Photocopy of cheque in question in token of receipt retained on record.

            In view of such statement, the execution application is dismissed as fully satisfied, subject to realization of cheque in question.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. Be tagged with the main file.
