None appeared for appellant.

Learned Counsel Sri Prasoon Kumar Rai appeared for respondent No.02 and filed objection.

It is contended by learned Counsel for the respondent No.02 that the amount ordered to be paid vide impugned judgment and order has been deposited by respondent No.02 in District Consumer Forum-II, Lucknow through cheque dated 18-05-2018 and the impugned order passed by District Consumer Forum has been complied by respondent No.02.

It is contended by learned Counsel for the respondent No.02 that the respondent No.02 Insurance Company shall not claim any reimbursement from the appellant bank for the amount paid by it to the respondent/complainant in compliance of impugned judgment and order.

In view of above statement of learned Counsel for the respondent No.02 the appeal filed by appellant bank/opposite party No.02 of the complaint has become infructuous.

In view of above delay condonation application moved by appellant bank for condoning delay of appeal is rejected. The appeal is not entertained as it is time barred.

Rs.25,000/- deposited by appellant under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act shall be refunded to appellant with interest accrued.
