     Vide his separate statement recorded on 20.11.2023, Sh.Ranbir Singh Rawat, Complainant has stated that on the assurance of Sh.Yashdeep Nain, Counsel for OP, he has settled the matter with the OP and he wishes to withdraw the present consumer complaint. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
