          This Revision Petition has been filed against an ex parte order passed by the State Commission.  With the consent of the parties, we are disposing it of finally at this stage.

          The Appeal was adjourned to 7.9.2009.  Later on, by preponing the date of hearing, the State Commission disposed of the appeal on 30.3.2009 in the absence of the counsel for the petitioner. 

          Impugned order is set aside and the case is remitted back to the State Commission to pass a fresh order in accordance with law after hearing both the parties. 

Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 8.4.2010.

We request the State Commission to dispose of the appeal within 4 months from the date of first appearance.
