Order no.  1,  dt. 24.09.2022.

This case record is placed before the monthly Consumer (Upobhokta) Lok Adalat.

Ld. Advocates of both sides are found ready.

Heard and considered submission.

After considering arguments highlighted by the ld. Advocates of the both sides it is revealed that the entire awarded amount has been paid in favour of the D/hr. and D/hr. has already received the same. Only thing which is remaining is to execute and register the deed in respect of the flat and also for completion of the remaining work in the said flat.

During hearing ld. Advocates of both sides admitted that the J/dr. nos. 1 and 2 shall execute and register the deed within 31.1.2023 and in the meantime J/dr. no. 1, Sukanya Banerjee shall complete remaining works of the said flat and at the time of registration the D/hr. shall pay the balance consideration money of Rs. 90,000/-.

So, J/dr. nos. 1 and 2 are directed to execute and register the deed within 31.1.2023 and in the meantime J/dr. no. 1, Sukanya Banerjee shall complete remaining works of the said flat and at the time of registration the D/hr. shall pay the balance consideration money of Rs. 90,000/-.

It is also settled that J/dr. nos. 1 and 2 shall provide a garage of car parking space in favour of the D/hr. subject to payment of settled price as per present market value.

In the light of the observation made above this execution case is disposed of.

If the J/dr. nos. 1 and 2 failed to carry out the above noted direction the D/hr. is given further liberty to initiate fresh execution proceeding.
