            Counsel for the complainant filed a memo stating that the matter is settled out of court. As per the terms of settlement opposite parties agreed to pay an amount of Rs.77,000/- in lump to the complainant before 30-10-2009 without fail.  If the amount is not paid before the said date then it would carry interest @ 6% per annum till date of payment from 30-10-09.  Considering the compromise memo the complaint is allowed and the opposite parties are jointly and severally directed to pay Rs.77,000/-(Rupees seventy seven thousand only) on or before 30-10-2009  Failing which the amount will carry interest @ 6% from 30-10-2009 to till date of completion of payment.  Parties are directed to suffer their respective cost.
