          Mr.Deepak Balani, Advocate present for the complainant a/w. complainant.  Mr.Ameya Deosthale, Advocate present for the opponent with authority letter issued by Hariani & Company.  Mr.D.S. Sampat, Authorised Signatory of opponent is also present.  Both parties arrived at amicable settlement outside the State Commission and placed on record settlement terms accordingly.  Consent Terms are taken on record. Demand Drafts of Rs.4.50 Lakhs are handed over to the complainant.  Copies of the same are taken on record. Accordingly, complaint stands disposed of as compromised.  Consent Terms shall form part of this order.  One set of the complaint compilation be retained and rest of the sets be returned to the complainant.  Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
